Sheraton Palo Alto

If you require accommodations, please contact the Sheraton Palo Alto, the official Symposium hotel, at (650) 328-2800. Be sure to mention the Canary Foundation Symposium group when you make your reservation to receive our discounted rate. The last day to secure the discounted hotel rate is April 16, 2012.

Reservation confirmations will come directly from your hotel, and any changes to your reservation should be sent to them directly. Please note, the hotel requires at least 72 hours notice to cancel a reservation without penalty. Any cancellation penalties will be the individual’s responsibility.

Travel Policy:

Academic attendees can have some applicable travel and hotel expenses covered by Canary Foundation. To receive reimbursement, save all original receipts.
